Google has finally gotten to the Rawson Rd farm. Here’s some screen shots I just got. They also have some in Cuba but none on Hill St. They do have View Rd which goes right by the house I think although I don’t remember which one was ours.

Our house was the next to the last on the right. You can see the upstairs windows on the side of the house over the garage. That was Dale’s and my room.
The farm looks little like it did when we grew up there. Things are very overgrown and the barn was rebuilt by Dale after it blew down so it has a different shape. It is obviously not being used as a farm anymore.
I think Dale said they had torn the house down and put up a mobile home, but I could be wrong about that.

On closer inspection it is obvious that the farmhouse is still there. Maybe he meant they are no longer living in it, or maybe I am just making this up.

I noticed how overgrown everything is. The house is there but it doesn’t look like anyone is living there. Although there is a truck in the yard?

Street View has Derek’s house, but it still doesn’t have any of the streets in my neighborhood.
It was interesting looking around Cuba, Rawson and Rushford, though.

The house, barn and shop are still there but they are all falling down. There is a mobile home set up between the house and barn that they lived in. I’m not sure if anyone is there anymore. A twister came through while Daryl was staying with me and took down the barn’s second story. All the neighbors came together(like the Amish do) and built a new roof for me.
