Today I made bagels. First time I’ve done that. They were mighty good but I think you can make more than the 8 in this recipe. divide it in to 10 or 12 as they were huge at 8.

    The 2 in front are Garlic. All the others are plain with salt except the one right behind the garlic has no salt.

    I also used some yeast that was a month beyond expiration. I don’t think they rose quite as much as they should have.
