Today I made bagels. First time I’ve done that. They were mighty good but I think you can make more than the 8 in this recipe. divide it in to 10 or 12 as they were huge at 8.

The 2 in front are Garlic. All the others are plain with salt except the one right behind the garlic has no salt.
Sounds like fun. Looks like yummy. (Except the garlic ones. I’ll take mine plain, thank you.)
I also used some yeast that was a month beyond expiration. I don’t think they rose quite as much as they should have.
they were great.. lets do it again soon.. i’ll get poppy seeds and we can have everything bagels..
