I don’t hear him saying not to vote for Obama. I hear him implying that he expects Obama to be elected and saying that he expects a “generated” crisis with the purpose of testing him.
Your headline catches the eye, but it doesn’t seem very accurate. Or did I miss something in the article?

If by amusing you mean it’s funny how Biden thinks an Obama presidency will bring about a crisis then yeah, I guess it is. I actually think it’s kind of scary. Wouldn’t you rather have someone in office who the bad guys won’t be so tempted to test?

I believe he will be tested like JFK…. Gee let’s take a look at that. Why was JFK tested? Bay of Pigs, Vietnam, Irag. All militant operations. All tests that JFK had to chose the right thing to do. Can’t imagine why Biden would think Obama might have a militant test he may have to deal with during his first 6 months. It’s not like there’s a war going on.

“Why was JFK tested?” You didn’t give a reason, you just gave skirmishes or wars. The reason he would be tested is because he’s inexperienced. It goes back to Hillary’s “3am phone call”. Who do you really want answering the phone? Someone who doesn’t have any experience or someone who does? If you say the former then you’re just flat lying.
