Yep. Good for you. What do you notice most about being a ex-smoker? Are there any cravings anymore? Does second hand smoke bother you? etc……

Thanks to everyone. I notice most that I’ve put on 50 or 60 lbs. 😉 I still have cravings but they are much easier to deal with. Smelling someone else’s smoke doesn’t really bother me much.
I really want to lose some weight next. It was pretty easy to put it on once I quit smoking but it probably won’t be as easy to take off. Jenny lost a lot of weight in the past 6 months. I should start eating like she does again.
