I find I have to use a little more buttermilk than is called for because I use Knudsen&#8217;s which is very thick.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" title=\"hotpan.jpg\" href=\"http:\/\/donlafferty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/hotpan.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image134\" alt=\"hotpan.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/donlafferty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/hotpan.thumbnail.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is the griddle we use.
